Life Coaching is exactly what you need to CREATE your life so you can LIVE your life! It gives you the ability to see who you are and where you want to be in your mind, body and spirit. As your coach, I listen to what you say and ask what you mean. You are coached on how to be intentional and decisive in your actions and how to use your time productively. Gaining clarity through the transition allows you to follow thru on the assignment you were sent here to complete.
Clients are asked to commit to a minimum 12 sessions. We establish an authentic and safe space for sharing so the sessions are rich with discussion, healing in perspective and bursting with new insights.

SPIRIT NETWORK SESSIONS are designed to coach and motivate you into the next part of your journey. This coaching occurs in a group setting with maximum 6 participants. It is an opportunity to recognize everyone experiences challenges and the goal is to effectively manage them. It is an opportunity to learn and share with others. The sessions are held for 90 minutes in each of three weeks and areas of discussion include meditation, looking at self, valuing and managing time, journaling and creating a vision board, to list a few. The goal is to move forward strategically and purposefully.
